Sorry if this is gross. Tomorrow I'm 39 weeks, and today I have been having a very urgent need to go to the rest room. First it started with soft stool, now it's diarrhea. I've heard this can be a sign of early labor, and I'm wondering if I should be preparing for a possible trip to the hospital soon... I don't have proper contractions ( I don't think) just BH and lots of period like cramps today.
