Back pain
Hi lady's, I know we all experience back pain during pregnancy. But I have scoliosis, I'm just wondering if anyone has any his that could help with my back pain. I've tried a warm to hotter shower and bath but it doesn't last very long, I always can not take anything because of stomach issues
