Am I pregnant

Okay so normally I have irregular periods but I have this app that's pretty accurate to when I get my period. Well my boyfriend and I happened to have unprotected sex when I supposedly was ovulating according to the app. Now I'm a week late my boobs hurt I have mild cramps every now and then I recently had a dream where I had a positive test. Should I wait and test since I'm irregular anyway or should I just test?
