Do ponytails give you a headache?

Usually when I have a ponytail I get a headache from it. Am I the only one? lol.

Only when i do it too tight lol

Mine did then I started getting these ones and they are loose and don't make my head hurt I don't know if you have thin or thick hair but getting the looser ones helped me.

I always go for a side pony, seems to be less stress on the scalp for some reason😉

I dont think they give me a head ache, but they definitely enhAnce a head ache if I hAve one. First line of defense is take my hair down and rub my scalp.
