Confused about ultrasound results😔

I went in today because I started lightly bleeding, no cramps or clots. So they did an ultrasound and they saw a possible sac. I'm trying to stay positive but I'm so discouraged. Counting from LMP I'm 7 weeks. But my numbers aren't super high they were in the 700s last Thursday and they're still waiting for the results from the blood work today. I just had a miscarriage at 4 weeks in May this year. I don't know if I can mentally handle another one. 😞
