Weird bumps?!!

So, recently, I noticed some weird bumps around my vagina. I went on a camping trip with my boyfriend. It was just a couple nights and we had sex, like, 5-6 times? I just started my period, and thought it could be irritation from either the sex, or tampons... Me and my boyfriend have been tested, and we are both clean. We are exclusive, and only have sex with each other. I'm really freaked out...
