Any mums or mums to be uk?

Question

Hi are any uk mums taking part in antenatal classes.. there's one in my area called bump, birth and beyond. Has anyone done this before? I start on Thursday but just thinking do I really need to go.

I'm not BUT only due to the fact when the midwife told me about the class and when it's starting etc when I went last week to my 34 week appointment she ended the sentene with - but it's been fully booked awhile now so you can't 😑 helpful.
I'm FTM so did wanna do the classes but did manage to get booked onto baby firstaid a month or so ago, which I'm doin tomorrow, that's 1 class I 100% wanted to do x

I'm in the Channel Islands and our Health and Social Services dept basically follow the NHS way of doing things, I went to the 6 week antenatal classes and this was our class list and who ran the sessions:
Week 1: eating right (nutritionist)
Week 2: being healthy and happy (nutritionist)
Week 3: stages of labour (midwives)
Week 4: birth and hospital stay (midwives)
Week 5: breastfeeding/feeding baby (health visitors)
Week 6: the first weeks/months/years (health visitors)

The classes were ok, nothing mind blowing but it was nice to meet other couples and mums to be xx

Finances
Feeding your new baby
Baby's development
Keeping baby safe
Labour

Would be nice to meet some other mums to be. With me being 33 weeks there is a chance I may not even complete the full 6 lessons lol
