Irregular cycle

Hair on head has been falling out more than usual, underarm hair is thinning and patchy and pubic hair is also thinning and patchy, looks like I've waxed in places and no sign of hair growing back. What is wrong with me? I'm not on any medication, I'm not overly stressed I've just got irregular cycle. Thoughts??
