Baby clothes - premie clothes

How much clothes are you all starting with ? I thought I had enough but I am not sure. How many sleepers , onesies etc will I need? Also are any of you buying premie clothes ? I'm 32 weeks and gone into preterm labor three times and have gestational hypertension my doctor told i won't make it to term, but you never know I guess. The newborn clothes looks so tiny I can't imagine baby needing smaller clothes than that !
