I just found out I love the chocolate whey protein with peanut butter 😋 can I have this during my pregnancy?

Answer

It depends what other ingredients are in the protein. Some have fake sugars like aspartame and sucralose which aren't great. You'll have to look at the ingredients and Google if they are safe. Or ask your doctor. Whey protein in itself is fine to have while pregnant.
