IMMUNISATIONS!! Advice needed.....

Hi there! My LO had her 6 week immunisations today, so far she has been extra sleepy and cuddly which is good :) I've started to become worried though because I bought infant Panadol in case she spikes a temp but how will I know if this happens during the night while we are sleeping?? She usually sleeps in 3hr stretches but I know temperatures can develop quite quickly! How have other mums handled this? I can't sleep wondering if she is burning up.. Should I give a dose of Panadol before bed even though she doesn't have a temp? Help!! 😣
