I feel like I'm living a hangover with pms! Nauseated, tired,  headache,  bloated, sore boobs, moody. I'm 6 weeks I absolutely hate feeling like shit! I wanted this so bad but why do you have to feel so damn crappy!? And those ginger gums and tea don't work either!

Try the combination of b- complex vitamin and unisom. My doctor told me to try it and it's helping a ton. I have a b vitamin in the morning. And then a b vitamin + unisom in the evening before bed. Also, NEVER let your tummy get empty. The second you wake up, eat. Even if it sucks to eat.  Eat every two hours. You will feel more nauseous the hungrier you are. I eat at 5am if I'm up. You just have to - it's so uncomfortable but force it down. Chex mix cereal and almond milk is my go to. Even just a few bites. I'm sorry you're feeling this way! But you're not alone!!!

Sour candy before you even sit up helps from what I hear. I laid in bed this morning feeling like I was on a roller coaster. It's really hard for me to get sick as I used to always be sick when I was younger. It took everything in me to not make myself sick to make everything stop moving around me! Ugh. Hope everyone finds relief!

*Update* Well I don't know if I can blame it all in morning sickness. I think I came down with a stomach bug. since last night the puking has been none stop and also very lose stool. Started vomiting around 10:30pm counting 7 times severe puking and 3 times #2. I try sipping small amount of water and Sprite but my stomach feels horrible and the nauseas still there. I'm out of work today cause I was to weak to get up :( I think it's a bug because my daughter and mom came down with the same symptoms last night as well. I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor..
