What juices are ok to drink during pregnancy and how much water should you drink?

I love drinking juice and since its been really hot lately I been craving it more but I still drink some water.

Lay off the juices. 100oz a day in water. If you are craving juice then make sure it is 100% juice (not from a bottle unless from a fresh squeezed juice place). Too much sugar will not be good for you or baby. Water down the juice (1 to 4 ratio of juice to water)

If it's real fruit juice go crazy. If it's not watch the sugar! And drink more water than you think you need. I drink 3- 33oz bottles a day, but even I can drink more.

I don't drink more than 8oz of juice a day (if I drink juice at all) and keep my water intake at 85 to 100 oz a day.

Water needs to be your #1 drink and lots of it you need alot. Fruit juice is fine in moderation watch the sugar bc it will make you put on weight fast. Try eatting fresh fruit and not just the juice you cna get some water intake from that also

Anything that is pasteurized should be ok. I would avoid apple if you have high blood sugar and citrus of you have dental issues, though.

I've craved juice so bad my whole pregnancy. I drank like half a bottle a day for most of it, haha. I also drink about 2 liters, maybe 3 of water a day.
