TMI!! Picture included!

Hi ladies I'm 19+6, I have slight discomfort in my lower back and hips. The picture below is of a pantyliner I just took off...sorry if it's gross but could this be my mucus plug or just discharge? I tried squishing it but it's like solid and creamy white/yellow.

Any advice would be great!?
