Just got the call my 3 hr test results were elevated and now I have gestational diabetes, I am so upset about this. I don't eat a lot of sweets and haven't gained a lot of weight but I guess it was bound to happen with diabetes running in my  family. Has anyone failed and had a normal pregnancy? I really don't want to have a c-section, has anyone delivered naturally while having GD?
