So every time I want something sweet I take this supplement called Gymnema. I also use it daily for sugar cravings also. It's known as a sugar Destroyer.

My fiance and brother were drunk one night and decided to test the theory on it. It is known to destroy sugar on contact so they figured they could do a test with it. They were eating sour gummy worms and decided to chew one of the tablets. After chewing one of the tablets they rinsed most of the bitterness out of their mouth with water. They then decided to eat a gummy worm which they could not taste the sweetness of l. It takes about 5 minutes for you to be able to taste the sweetness of candy after. I tested this with M and M's and it was the weirdest thing ever. I literally could not taste the sweetness of the M&M after I chewed one of the tablets.

This stuff is amazing. It's great for diabetics and helping the release of proper insulin. I'm sure it would work great for Gestational diabetes. I'm going to test my theory and take one when I have that nasty sugary drink that they test for. Usually I'd be opposed to even testing for it because I have alwats tested negative but I want to see how low I could get my numbers.
