Turned 15 weeks today!

Today I turned 15 weeks exactly. The last couple weeks I finally got rid of my morning sickness... Today, however, I haven't been able to hold anything down. I've also been having trouble at work (with co-workers) could it be stress??? Is that good? Or is this normal because the baby is growing?
