First time question

Ok so yesterday was my first time having sex and it hurt through out the whole time . The beginning was really bad and the ending/ middle wasnt as bad but was still hurting a little . We did use a condom. But today ive been noticing discomfort and itching down there and its a little swollen . Any ideas what to do ?
