Constant urge to go pee

Hey guy I hope you can help, lately for the past couple of weeks I've been feeling an urge to go pee, right after I go. I used to have pain when while I go, but only every once in a while now. I am sexually active and i don't know it that would have anything to do with it. Any advice? Thanks so much
