Best days to BD?

What days during your fertile window do you think are best to BD? Everyday, every other day, or just on your ovulation day? Just looking for opinions as this is my first month ttc!

My so and i have been doing every day.... and im taking vitamins etc adding to our diet here and there but i was told to check out the sperm meets egg plan. So far it has takin the pressure off us both and has made thing alot easier to do considering we both work.

Every other day and few days not in the fertile window. The app is just going off the information you put in. So it's not always accurate. But if you pay attention to your body and the cm, you will be able to tell if the app is on track. Or ovulation testing works too.
