How many cycles, vitamins/mucinex/vitex etc., involved?

2 cycles, no vitamins/mucinex (is this really a thing?!)/anything else.

I tracked my bbt religiously and that was it. I had sex basically every day of my fertile window. About 4 days later, my bbt had steadily risen. I took a digital test to confirm maybe 10dpo/4 days before my missed period.

Now i have a very outgoing 10 month old!

Do you think it's possible for a person to get pregnant like 3 days later. Bc "glow" says that I was 7% chance of getting pregnant like 4 days later after I had sex and I know sperm says for at least 5 days and on that 5th day they said that there was 7% chance I could get pregnant. I guess that's little but I still think it's possible. It seem like as soon as he you know came in me I said to myself I am pregnant . But who knows
