How to get rid of stretch marks? Any suggestions?

I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant with twins. One boy and one girl. I've been embracing these stretch marks as much as I can but I'm in the last trimester and wanting to know what I can do to lessen the redness or even stretch marks. Will it go lighter or will this how my body will look? I have stretch marks on my tummy (of course lol), both thighs (front and back), both calves, buttocks, and hips. Cocoa butter lotion did not help at all and other remedies that I searched up. Any suggestion?
