Evening Primrose Oil ?!?!

Anyone else taking/inserting EPO capsules? If so how far along are you? And when did you start? Any tips or advice you could give? Thanks ladies :)

I took them in the middle of my 39th week. One a day and a raspberry leaf tea a day. Only did it for like two or three days before I went into labor. (:

I did at almost 38 weeks. I was having contractions 4-6 minutes apart but hospital sent me home for not being dilated at all. I popped a little hole in an evening primrose pill and stuck it in around 8pm. Woke up at 6am with extremely painful contractions that were hard to walk or talk through. Ended up dragging my ass out of bed three hours later. Husband drove me to the hospital and all o wanted was for him to pull over so I can push the baby out right there lol. When we finally got to the hospital, I was 6cm and ended up having him at 9:43pm.

The capsules I got are only 500mg. I started taking 2 orally at 34 weeks, 2 orally and 1 vaginally at 36 weeks, 4 orally and 2 vaginally at 38 weeks. I'm now exactly 39 weeks and 2cm dilated and 80% effaced.
