Updated. Please say a prayer for me

I am 10 weeks 5 days pregnant and Yesterday had light pink spotting didn't think anything of it due to we had sex the night before. Today I've been cramping and light pink is turning red I have had two misscsrriages last one being in Jan was a missed mc and one Aug 2015. I am waiting for my hubby to get home and midwife is waiting for my arrival. Please pray or positive thoughts please. I'm very scared

Update....

Midwife says my uterus is tilted she could not see what she wanted in ultrasound I have an official ultrasound for Tues with the ultrasound tech, they had my blood drawn to check levels and another hcg blood draw on Tues to compare. My ob also came in said let's not worry about anything right now and see what Tues brings.... Bleeding had stopped so we shall see. Thanks ladies for all the kind words.

Update Aug 2, 11 weeks 4 days now and Waiting for my ultrasound today. Please God let this baby be ok. I prayed hard for this baby and feel so blessed that he gave me this baby. Please God!!!!

Lost baby. Baby passed at 7 w 4days exactly one week after first ultrasound where there was a heart beat. My body kept carrying the baby this far was supp to be 11 wks 5 days so another missed musscarriage. Went in yesterday 8/3 for d&c. Absolutely sad.
