Clumpy white discharge

This is the discharge that I got after using my toy and now I'm worried if I have bacterial Vaginosis again after being prescribed with metronidazole back in January. I'm not sure if it could be an infection. I was tested for and std 3 months ago. No results came back and haven't had sex since then. I really hope it's not BV again. But I guess I will have to schedule an appointment for an infection/problem check so I can know what's going on. I'm not getting any smell like I used to when I had BV. I'm very confused now I need help.
