TMI - Vaginal Rash

Im not planning to show any pictures but around my vagina is red, kinda like a rash. Not a blush red, a tomato kind of red. I've noticed I had this for a while. There's never been any itching or burning, it doesn't hurt, I have a good hygiene routine, and I am NOT at all sexually active. As someone who's got a bit of cushion in the tussion, could it just be where the skin rubs together ( since I have skin covering most of my vagina ) as I walk and move around?
