Maybe in labor? Question

Yes yes I'll call my doctor- but may as well post here right? Ha. So I may be starting to go in labor...hard to tell! Having contractions but they're not consistent. Around 9-15 minutes between each. (Some have been like back to back) But wondering if anyone felt sicky when labor started? When the contractions started, I also started feeling achy and feverish and shivering a lot, and a bit nauseous. Is this a symptom that goes along with it? Thanks ladies! Prayers are appreciated!
