Boyfriend advice needed

I've been with my boyfriend almost a year now but recently we have both been so tired and off with each other and arguing a lot more. We used to have sex pretty much everyday but now it's bearly once a week. I miss him as soon as I'm not with him but then I get in a bad mood when we argue. Do you think we should take a few days apart and have our own time or spend some quality time together this weekend and work out whey they is happening? Hope someone can help because it is really getting me down :( X
