Fainting in public???

ok so yesterday afternoon I got a massage and then an hour later I went on this wolf tour thing and all I remember is telling my mom I was dizzy and waking up on the ground with 100+ people staring at me. I mean I've heard of people passing out because they didn't drink water after a massage but I also didn't eat anything and I'm on my period and I was 9000 ft above sea level and it was super hot anyone think they might know a for sure reading because about 15 min after that it almost happened again but I got to a seat fast enough. But before the second time I drank 2 bottles of water so I don't feel like it was the massage. HELP!
