Round Ligament Pain

Has anyone else experienced this pain so bad it was hard to walk? Even sitting down in a chair the pain is unbearable. Besides using a support belt and popping some tylenol for pain what other pain relief did anyone else use that worked? Currently still working full time where it requures alot of standing and walking.
