What helped you get pregnant?

Hi everyone! My husband and I are in the process of buying our first house and mov my in the next few weeks! We have been married a year and I have recently been thinking about when it would be the right time to start ttc.. I'm kind of worried because I haven't 'accidentally' gotten pregnant yet.. We do not use any type of protection but aren't really TRYING to get pregnant yet either but I can't help but wonder why I haven't conceived yet.. I was just wondering what helped you ladies get pregnant ??
