Pregnant Athletes?
I play(ed)* a contact sport and hiit workout (orange theory fitness) between 4-7 days a week. Also I bank around 20,000 steps a day. Fairly active. Any other active women pregnant on here? My doctor said I could stay as active as I want. I just want to know if anyone else is in my position? Are you changing your workouts at all? Worried about getting your heart rate too high?** Currently 4wk 5 days
* the doc said I could play until 4 months but I decided to cut my season short and played my last game Sunday.
**my resting hr went from 46 pre-conception to about 60 bpm.
