What should i do with these headaches ?!

Ever since i hit 13weeks I've been getting these killer headaches ! & i feel like they are getting worse ! I'll be 15weeks tomorrow but i can't deal with the pain ..sound, light & even moving sometimes hurts that's how bad they get. I've taken Tylenol but it doesn't help. Im really considering going to the hospital idk what to do anymore ....

I had awfully painful headaches that Tylenol wouldn't help either, I tried drinking tons and tons of water but that didn't help either. Finally I discovered that I was having caffeine withdrawals!!! (I had tried cutting out coffee about a week prior) so I made myself a cup and the headaches were gone! Now I have 1/2 to a full cup of coffee every morning and I haven't had a headache since.

You're allowed to take ibuprofen up until 32 weeks. I take ibuprofen, put an ice pack on my head, and go in a dark room and that always helps

Ice pack on your neck, feet and hands in warm water. Try essential oil combos as well, those may help. Drink plenty of fluids and make sure you get electrolytes as well. Maybe consider getting a massage or chrisopractic adjustment, something may be tight or out of whack. Best of luck😇

I suffer from terrible migraines as well. (Prior to pregnancy) When we started trying, I notified my doctor and I had to stop taking  prescription sleeping pills and pain relievers. Now, I just sit in my bedroom with the lights off, light blocking curtains, my fan on, and a cold wash cloth over my eyes and behind my neck. It really sucks. I refuse to take anything, even Tylenol. But I know it wouldn't work if I did take it. Good luck! I hope you get to feeling better ❤️
