Projectile vomit ???? Spit up

My baby spits up a lot. I'm realizing this is normal. But she just projectile vomited all over me and herself. It must have been everything in her stomach! All fresh milk. She's EBF. does this mean anything bad? Please let me know. FTM here.

It could be acid reflux. Projectile vomiting is one of the symptoms.

Lol we went the brough this. She is probably over eating. Breastfed babies like to nurse for comfort and aren't very good at knowing when they are full, so they eat too much and spit it all up. I had to carry extra shirts with me everywhere the first few weeks, but now at 8 weeks she's gotten a lot better about it knowing when to stop.

She could have reflux. Does she get fussy when she feeds? Sometimes refuses the breast? Arches her back and squirms? Does she get more upset after she spits up?

Get checked for acid reflux. My oldest daughter who is now just about 7 had it really bad! We had to have her on medication, different formulas, and attempt different positions to hold her/feed her in!
