😔Took Provera and was ovulating same day

Hi. I feel dumb asking this question especially so late cause I took provera for the five days still.

I have Pcos. So I take provera to jumpstart my menstrual every month. I am also trying to conceive. So on cycle day 30 once a hpt is negative I can begin day 1 of my 5 day pills. This cycle I would finally begin femara once my mense starts. But low and behold (CD33 in the afternoon) day1 of taking provera already in the morning I decided to hpt test and also opk test when I got home from work. Because my boobs were hurting pretty bad. I know a symptom of the provera but I didn't know it would work so fast. Plus I'm just a pee on a stick addict. 

Well hpt was negative but the opk was positive for ovulation and also the next day. I baby danced every other day until my period comes normally. I didn't stop taking the provera  for the five day after getting a positive opk. I feel like it would have begun a early bleed and miss my chance on getting pregnant naturally. Then I figured progesterone is the hormone needed for pregnancy. 

so is it possible to take provera during the ovulation window and still become pregnant?
