Is he trying to cheat?

I'm 15 and my boyfriend is 14 and we've dated before, 2 years ago for 4 months and we recently got back together and it has now been 3 months today.

I was recently looking through his messeges and I found something I didn't like (You'll see at the bottom). Basically he is asking this girls mom if they can date...even though we're dating. I have found things like this before but overlooked them...I feel like he is trying to cheat on me and it's making me really frustrated because I have put everything into these 3 months. I don't even hangout with my bestfriend as much because I've been spending a lot of time with him...please help me. What do I do?
