How to check cervix?

My husband and I have been trying for 2 years, I guess I should say winging it. I would like to know how to check and track your cervix position and what it means. If anyone could help, it will be greatly appreciated! Baby dust to all!

Read the book Taking Charge of your Fertility. It will tell you absolutely everything you need to know about charting fertility signs. Overall, cervical position is probably the least intuitive.
