Baby acne??

Any ideas of what this is? She's had these bumps all over her cheeks for about a week. They feel so rough and it's starting to spread to her eyelids and back. Could it just be baby acne or something else? Any ideas of treating it?

My daughter has/had that all over her face/head. Her doctor barely even looked at it and said maybe a rash or maybe mild eczema. Told me to use baby aveeno eczema. Well the next morning it was straight to the ER with her. They determined it was NOT eczema and was in fact cradle cap. It can appear anywhere on the body. Her skin was very dry on her cheeks as well. So we put the baby aveeno lotion on her cheeks for the dryness but it has cleared up about 70% on its own as it normally would. Hopefully that's all it is for your little one.

Thanks for all the advice! Went to the dr today and sure enough it's eczema. Going to try out the aveeno line for babies. Anyone have any luck with that? Was using honest company but we think the fragrance has made it much worse.

That looks like a rash.  My son had something similar to that and I discovered that the soap I used to wash him ( any soap really - aveeno and parents choice, J&J too) gave him a rash.  I put lotion on him everyday and it's helped! I think his skin at the time was sensitive to the soap or it was drying him out bad.  He didn't seem to be fussy though but after I stopped it cleared in about 4-5 days.
