So I found out my baby didn't have a hb at 11 weeks 2 days, I also found out that it stopped way before at 8 weeks 4 days. I'm now 11 weeks 5 days. I'm getting really bad cramps now, and they're every 30 mins to an hour & TMI im having this tannish yellowish discharge and something watery . My panties are a little wet. So I'm wondering is it starting to happen now? & should I be expecting to have pain like an 11 week miscarriage or an 8 week? My midwife is taking too long to schedule a D&C but will call tomorrow .

It just depends on your body.  If you are spotting more than before I wouldn't wait and I would go to the ER myself.  Explain to them what's going on and what you don't want to see.  They shouldn't refuse you on the grounds of waiting for your doc. I wouldn't.  When I went through labor it was painful but my situation was different than yours for sure.  If it's too painful I'm sure they can help relieve that there too.

It sounds like your body is going into labor with your LO.   I would not know about that particular situation though but all the signs you have given sound like labor to me.
