Ttc #3

I had really bad ovulation pain on the 25th, glow said I wasn't due to ovulate till today but it's was obvious I already have as the pain was intense on my right side, it's my second cycle of ttc after coming off the pill. If I'm right I'll be 4dpo and my breasts are really tender and I can feel them hurting when I walk, is this my body getting ready for af? I'm new to all of this as I had my twins over 6 years ago and have been on BC ever since.
