Sore Breasts

I'm 7 weeks along, and almost from the very beginning my breasts and nipples have been extremely painful. My bff (who has 2 kids) said she had that with her nipples, and said to put petroleum jelly on them, then tape gauze pads over them. It really helps with the pain and irritation on my nipples, so I hope that might help someone.

Does anyone have any tips for the breast pain? They are only slightly painful if I'm sitting on the couch, but any movement and I feel like someone just used them for a speed bag. Any ideas??
