Got bad new today....

Found out my 3rd round of Letrozole, 7.5mg, did not work in helping me produce a sizable follicle. I now have 2 options in front of me. Ovarian drilling for my PCOS or go straight to fertility with shots, IUI, etc. I'm super bummed. Idk what to do.
