Drs left me hanging

I was officially diagnosed with gestational diabetes on Wednesday. I'm30 weeks today. The assistant called me and told me my doctor sent in the script for the glucose measuring supplies. I have to test four times a day like most everyone else. A dietician or nutritionist was supposed to call me by the end of the day today and nothing. Office is closed for the weekend and my next appointment is Wednesday. I'm so stressed out I don't know what to eat. I've already had three numbers over 120 after meals and been tracking for 2 days. My makena nurse came to give me my injection today and my blood pressure was high from the stress. I don't know what to do.
