Razor burn troubles..

Ever since I started shaving years ago, I constantly keep razor burn in between my thighs. It really bothers me. I've been to the doctor about it and all they did was give me cream once... They didn't bother really helping me out. It is SO bad that the little sores get infected.. someone please help me out...
