Leaking?

Im 12 weeks and since before my pregnancy most mornings, and since being pregnant throughout the day, if im standing i will feel like i have a wave of discharge come out all at once and its very liquidy rather than Clunky. I've had this since before my pregnancy but now its almost everyday that i have this happen. I can just be standing at a checkstand and feel it like im peeing. But its not urine. I just dont know
