Makeup/Bath product recommendations?

Hello 😊 I've been wanting to try out some new things, and I would like to see you guys thoughts on what would look best on me 😅 I'm sorta new to makeup so I don't know what I like best or where to start. Depending on the weather, my skin is either really dry or really oily- rarely in between. I'd like my eyes to look a lot bigger, and somehow make my nose look smaller. I hate my nose!!! Also I wish my eyes were brighter and not as dense looking but I have yet to find any color that does that for me. I prefer to stay pale, as I'm into the more vampire-ish look. Here's some pictures of me, so you can maybe have a better canvas I guess xD oh!!! And I have very dark circles but I haven't found a good enough concealer.
