Does your little one do this?

So I am 21 weeks and 4 days. I have been feeling my little one for about 2 weeks now. But this past week has been like clockwork every day. After my nap and when I lay down for bed I feel her so strongly. But the last 2 days I've barely felt her. It freaks me out! Does your little one have their less active days?

I'm 20w 3days currently experiencing a similar situation. I noticed her kicks getting stronger and then boom nothing. This morning I started to feel her again, but they are lighter kicks/ punches, and I feel them lower in my pelvic area. Its so hard not to panic😳. I just  have to remind myself that it's all in God's hands.

Oh, absolutely! 20w3d here. Sometimes he doesn't move all day long. Honestly, I think we get busy or something and don't notice the little movements. And our movements tend to rock them to sleep if we are more active that day. Babies will definitely have off days. Nothing to worry about!

Try wiggling your hand on your stomach and talk to your baby, and don't worry too much, I usually feel my baby more at night than during the day

All the time. And then out of the blue he will wiggle like crazy and ball up on my side :). A couple   nights ago my husband was able to feel him too. It comes and goes

It's normal to feel the baby more often some days than others at this stage. Just because you don't feel it doesn't mean the baby isn't active. Just still small and not as strong yet.
My doctor even warned me and told me not to freak out.
