Cramping in leg?

The cramps in my uterus are manageable but seem to get worse at night. However, the cramps in my legs are killing me!!! It feels like I have a something stopping the flow of blood through my thigh and leg. It's weird because I can walk fine, and it doesn't feel numb; it's just so crampy, and I can't ignore it! I only had the Mirena IUD put in on Tuesday so maybe it's my body/uterus still getting adjusted? Did these leg cramps happen to anyone else?
