I miscarried yesterday at 7 weeks. This was my first pregnancy and our first try. My miscarriage was natural and did not require a d&c. Emotionally I'm okay and I'm already quite eager to get pregnant again. I follow up with my doc next Friday after a repeat ultrasound and lab work. If I get the go ahead we want to try and conceive before my next period comes. I've read a ton of mixed reviews about when it is okay to try again. Has anyone had a full term pregnancy immediately following a m/c? I gather that if you had a d&c and or needed medications to help that you should wait, but with a natural is it okay right away?
