Possible pimple or wart

Ever since I went on the pill two months ago now to regulate my period I have been having issues. All week I had slight discomfrot in my vagina to now find out in the shower all along its was a zit or wart forming?! Feels like a pimple. Haven't had the nerve to look at just yet. Will tomorrow. But is it common to get pimples or is probably a wart? All I know is that never had these issues before then go on the pill and I've had a yeast infection last month and now whatever this is. Any advice? Will it just heal on its own or should I go to the doctor?
